Kalamadeen's Head Found

The partly decomposed head of Farouk Kalamadeen was yesterday morning discovered floating in a trench on North Road, just a corner away from his Jiffy Lubes store in Light Street, and the pathologist’s examination later revealed that he had suffered blunt trauma to the back of the head and injuries to the mouth.

A post mortem examination on Thursday had determined that the man had died from possible decapitation.

The discovery was made just after 6 yesterday morning, around the same time his headless body had been found in Cowan Street, Kingston three days ago. Local residents who made the discovery and alerted police told Stabroek News yesterday that the head had been there since Wednesday, but they had not recognized what it was. A police press release yesterday stated that acting on information received from public-spirited citizens, at about 8.30 the police recovered the head in a trench at Albert Street and North Road, Georgetown.

You know if you are aquainted with someone for over thirty years, one would think that you would not scandal the person's name irresponsibly. So you know him since Light street days? Then you would know his family always had money in Guyana, not because someone has a business in Guyana he is involved in drug dealing. It is very scary to think that a terrorist organisation has been given birth in Guyana. I hope I am wrong here, but this guy was not involved in drugs. This is just too weird.

Lawd Justin, yes I know Farouk Justin, they had a super market at the corner of fourth and light street, he is an older boy than I, his sisters were pretty, when my mom buy the monthly goods they would deliver it and farouk would come around the corner in a carrier bike, then eventually they bought a burgundy Ford Cortina wagon. Our monthly bill in those days was about 36 dollars, thats in 1972 and 73, the last of the good years we were ever to see in Guyana. Justin Farouk's murder was not a random one, he was killed on someone's orders, read the papers, this was not a random criminal act. If he were black, i would say what i said, it was not a random killing, and besides u r accusing me of something that i do not know, where in what i wrote did i say he was in drugs, u keep saying this, makes me wonder if u read my posts, thats wicked Justin, thats like u yes, but its wicked.
